FBI again hunts al Qaeda's "dirty bomb" expert after seven years

07 Aug. US federal agencies Saturday, Aug. 7, announced the hunt was on again for Adnan Al Shukrijumah, 35, who lived in the US for 15 years and may now be Al Qaeda's new global operations chief. 
DEBKAfile's counter terror sources confirm the wanted man is indeed dangerous - but not because of his climb up the al Qaeda ladder but owing to his unique seven-year old mission, first revealed by DEBKA-Net-Weekly 132 of Nov. 2003 as being a radiological bombing attack in America.
Already then, in October of that year, Shukriumah was the quarry of a secret manhunt in the US and Canada.  He was employed at the time as a nuclear engineering student at MacMaster University's nuclear 5-megawatt research reactor in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada before suddenly disappearing. 
His absence was noted when a large quantity of radioactive material was missed from the university's reactor. It was suspected then that Osama bin Laden had entrusted the "student" with preparing a "dirty bomb" attack in a North American city. 
Shukrijumah has never been traced since. 
Our experts would not be surprised to hear that Shukrijumah may be in the process of adjusting his operation for a dirty bomb or other unconventional strike in America according to the circumstances prevailing today.

Why Reading Newsweek® Magazine Can be Detrimental to Your Health

Newsweek magazine just published an article stating that reducing homocysteine levels “has no effect on your risk of heart disease or stroke.”

They base this proclamation on a study published in the Journal of the American Medical Association that evaluated the impact of modest homocysteine reduction in those who had already suffered a heart attack.

One minor fact that Newsweek failed to grasp is that homocysteine is involved in both the initiation and progression of atherosclerosis.1-3 It’s a shame that these two events (initiation and progression) are not better differentiated in the scientific literature as you will read in the following paragraphs.

The subjects in the study Newsweek reported on already had a myocardial infarction (heart attack) and thus suffered severe endothelial dysfunction. Catastrophic failure of the endothelium might better describe the condition of the arteries of these study subjects.

Since this study was done in the U.K. where dietary choices and tobacco consumption are worse than the U.S., we suspect many of these post-heart attack victims’ arterial systems were already so calcified, brittle, and occluded that it would be absurd to expect a modest reduction in homocysteine to protect against future strokes and coronary events.

This new study confirms what Life Extension® long ago stated, i.e., unless all 17 vascular disease risk factors are corrected, there may be no benefit in reducing homocysteine alone or in combination with a statin drug in healthy individuals, and certainly not those with advanced arterial disease.

Comparing the effects of modest homocysteine reduction in people who have already suffered a heart attack is like saying a garden hose is useless in putting out fires because a study showed it is unable to extinguish a raging inferno.

This analogy has more meaning than one might think. Those with severe pre-existing artery disease have already suffered such severe endothelial dysfunction that their arteries have become a raging oxidative and inflammatory inferno.

Therapies (like homocysteine reduction) may have protected against atherosclerosis if initiated early on, but are not by themselves going to extinguish the flames raging in one’s inner arterial lining (the endothelium) after a heart attack.

Why was President Barack Obama in such a hurry to get his socialized medicine bill passed?

Because he and his cunning circle realize some basic truths:

The American people in their unimaginable kindness and trust voted for a pig in a poke in 2008. Pig in a poke means: an offering or deal that is foolishly accepted without being examined first.  A poke means sack.

They wanted so much to believe Barack Obama was somehow better and different from other ultra-leftists that they simply took him on faith. 

They ignored his anti-white writings in his books. 

They ignored his quiet acceptance of hysterical anti-American diatribes by his minister, Jeremiah Wright..

They ignored his refusal to explain years at a time of his life as a  student. 

They ignored his ultra-left record as a "community organizer,"  Illinois state legislator, and Senator.

The American people ignored his total zero of an academic record as a student and teacher, his complete lack of scholarship when he was being touted as a scholar.

Now, the American people are starting to wake up to the truth. Barack Obama is a super likeable super leftist, not a fan of this country,

The American people have already awakened to the truth that the stimulus bill -- a great idea in theory -- was really an immense bribe to Democrat interest groups, and in no way helped all Americans.

The American people already know that Mr.. Obama's plan to lower health costs while expanding coverage and bureaucracy is a myth, a promise of something that never was and never can be -- 
"a bureaucracy lowering costs in a free society." Either the costs go up or the free society goes away... A historical truth. 

These are perilous times.. Mrs. Hillary Clinton, our Secretary of State, has given Iran the go-ahead to have nuclear weapons, an unqualified betrayal of the nation (and Israel). Now, we face a devastating loss of freedom at home in health care. It will be joined by controls on our lives to "protect us "from global warming, itself largely a fraud if believed to be caused by man." She has also signed on to a Small Firearms Treaty at the U.N. This is a back door gun control move. This is approved by the Senate and a 2nd Amendment majority doesn't exist in the Senate now. It will supersede all U.S. Law and the 2nd Amendment. All citizen possession will be eliminated through confiscation. Just Like Great Britain and Australia .

  

Mr. Obama knows Americans are getting wise and will stop him if he delays at all in taking away our freedoms. There is his urgency and our opportunity. Once freedom is lost,  America is lost. Wake up, beloved America .
